Overview
Creating your organization profile is the first step in setting up Audit Now. This profile establishes your company's identity in the system and serves as the foundation for your audit program. Your organization name will also become the default name for your top-level location in the location hierarchy.
Setting up your organization during onboarding
When you first sign up for Audit Now, you'll be guided through a simple onboarding process:
Enter your Company Name (required)
Select your Role in the organization (e.g., Operations Manager)
Choose your Industry by selecting the relevant option(s)
Click Next to continue with the setup process
What happens automatically
To help you get started quickly, Audit Now automatically:
Creates your organization profile with the company name you entered
Sets up your top-level location with the same name
Creates a default "Headquarters" location under your top-level location
This automatic setup saves you time and lets you start creating checklists sooner.
Editing your organization profile later
You can update your organization details at any time:
Go to Settings in the main navigation
Select the Organization tab
Click the Edit button next to any field you want to update
Update your information and save your changes
You can modify:
Organization name
Address information
Website URL
