Starting your first audit in Audit Now is easy and takes just a few minutes. You can launch an audit instantly or begin from a scheduled task—whichever suits your workflow.

Two Ways to Start an Audit
1. Start an Instant Audit
Use this when you want to run an audit right away.
Tap Start Audit in the mobile app.
Select a checklist from your list (you must have “Conduct Audit” access).
Choose the site or location (if enabled), and begin.
2. Start a Scheduled Audit Task
Ideal when your audits are pre-assigned.
From the mobile dashboard, tap on the scheduled task.
The checklist and location details are preloaded—just begin the audit.
Complete the Audit Step-by-Step
Answer each item
Select the appropriate response (e.g., Yes/No, Pass/Fail, Score).
Not sure which option to choose?
If an item is failed or marked negatively, add a note to explain the situation or suggest a next step.
Add photos or notes (optional)
Use notes to describe findings or propose corrective ideas.
Attach photos to document conditions visually.
Navigate between sections
Swipe or tap headers to jump between checklist sections.
Review and complete
Once all sections are filled out, tap Complete Audit.
You’ll see a report summary screen.

Report Distribution (Who gets the results?)
After completing the audit:
A report is generated instantly.
Recipients are auto-selected based on the checklist’s Report Distribution settings (e.g., Region Managers or custom roles).
These rules are set in the Checklist’s Settings > Report Distribution
What happens next?
Your results appear in Reports and Analytics dashboards.
Failed answers are clearly highlighted for quick review.
Notes entered during the audit are visible in the report for full context.
