Scheduled audits in Audit Now are automatically assigned to users or user groups. These appear in the Tasks tab of the mobile app, organized by date and priority. Users can start, complete, or review any task assigned to them.
Navigating to Scheduled Audits
1. Log in to the Audit Now Mobile App
Use your credentials to sign in
You’ll land on the Home screen
Select Tasks from the bottom navigation bar
2. Review Your Task List
All upcoming and due audit tasks are listed here
Tasks are sorted by scheduled date (starting from Today and into the future as you scroll)
3. Use Task Filters
At the top of the screen, you can filter tasks by:
Filter | Description |
All | Shows all assigned and scheduled tasks |
Today | Tasks due today (priority view) |
Overdue | Tasks that have passed their scheduled date and are pending |

Start a Scheduled Audit
Tap on a listed task to open it
Review and complete task details (auditor, location, date)
Begin answering checklist questions just like a regular audit
Once completed, the task status updates and is logged in the system automatically.

Users only see tasks they’re assigned to via individual or group scheduling.
